Day of Event Management
with decor setup
Love Eventfully’s day of event management with decor setup option is the perfect blend of doing it yourself, but with assistance bringing the vision to life. The day of your event, we will thoroughly execute event logistics based on the timeline, vendor facilitation, layout examples, and instructions you provide. In addition, Love Eventfully will setup your personally supplied decor items, as well as work with vendors of your choosing for successful installation of services rendered. We will extend our services for contract management, appointments, and payment due date reminders for any of our preferred vendors chosen. You are responsible for overseeing and securing all event logistics, tracking systems, decor, vendor contracts, permit requests, payment due dates, event appointments, and any additional event needs or requirements that may arise otherwise. We are simply the tool that brings all the pieces of the beautiful puzzle YOU create together on your special day!
Day of Event Management
Love Eventfully’s day of event management option is the glue that bonds it all together, bringing your vision to fruition. The day of your event, Love Eventfully will act as your liaison between yourself, guests, and vendors, to ensure that the timeline you’ve created and the day of events goes as planned. You are responsible for the planning and fulfillment of all facets of your event. We're here to provide you with a day of peace! I think you'd agreed, that after all the planning and diligence you’ve put into this event, YOU deserve to enjoy it!

Love Eventfully's event design option is based around your desired event decor. We get it, not everyone needs assistance with planning, managing, or coordinating an event. But the decor aesthetics, well, that can be tricky! Let us know what you need and we'll bring that vision to life. Event design concepts & fulfillment, balloon garlands, floral arrangements, thank you gifts, centerpieces, invitations, custom signage, sweets table setup, reception tables setup, headtables, vendor fair & trade show display tables, backdrop decor & setup, and so much more. We are here for your creative design needs. If we can't do it ourselves, we'll provide you with an amazing referral who can. What matters most is that you're happy and your vision comes to life!
